La aurora is oldest operating cigar factory in Dominican Republic, established in 1903 by Eduardo León Jimenes. la Aurora is considered one of the finest cigar company in terms their craftsmanship for hand-made cigars. It produces more than a billion cigars annually sold in 80 countries across the world.
La Aurora 1903 cameroon toro cigar represents its one of the first edition of cigars in 1903 where cameroon wrapper had been used. Cameroon wrapper on cigar is silky and oily with less but Prominent veins. Cold draw of this cigar has some darker and stronger flaovures of clove and cocoa. The first third of cigar consists flavour of milk chocolate with hint of spice. As second draw starts, notes of almonds, sea salt and sweet notes of honey take over the flavours of milk chocolate. In final third, some spice is still there while, flavours of wood, coffee, cedar and almonds stays through the end. Not much of sweetness stays in the final third.
Overall, this cigar has a nice burn and complex profile of flavours which makes it even better. Customers have preferred this cigar multiple times.
