The Juan Lopez brand was created by a spaniard of the same name in 1870s. It is brand known mainly in small circle of smokers, but they have a great deal of loyalty to this brand.
Juan Lopez Seleccion No. 2, has smooth medium brown wrapper with big veins directed towards mothpiece. The prelight cigar has smell of cedar and honey from outside. First third of cigar has smell of citrus, roasted coffee, cedar and sweetness of honey and sugar. The smoke is white and smooth. In second third, cigar becomes more creamy with hint vanilla, white pepper and sour orange. In final third, significant creamy notes are still there with noticiable oak and vanilla bean. Overall, a nice cigar with an hour of smoking time with comparitvely simple flavour profile with goodness of cuban tobacco.
