Cannabis products are aged. While they do not technically expire they do not age well. Flower products are usually so old and dry they turn to dust when you break it up. I've had issues with vapes not working due to them being 6 months old or even a year. Vapes will clog and backup ruining your battery, I have experience this myself and got a mouthful of vape juice. Also recently had one clog immediately and not work. While they did allow an exchange it took more complaining than it should have. All other products sold are fine just stay away from their cannabis as it may be 6 months to a year old.

I'm reading alot of Negative reviews about Up In Smoke Cannabis which I don't think alot of them are very fair to be quite honest.
I really enjoy Up In Smoke! I usually go here when I'm smoking blunts. Simply because they are tobacconist's too! Friendly East Indian staff! They're prices are VERY competitive and they carry all of the major cannabis brands! Usually when I go here, I don't ask alot of questions, I simply buy my pit and my cigar and leave. Again, the staff are friendly and I believe it is family owned! I will support local when I can and enjoy doing it because, like I said, their prices are highly competitive! Up In Smoke will always be in my Top 5 Dispensarys! Thanks Guys!

Best prices and they always have my favourite weed in stock, when other stores close by and rarely have it in stock (I live near Chief Peguis & Henderson). Do not go to Delta 9!! Totally rip off prices!! We have a “guy” who we’ve bought from for years and it’s even a little cheaper than him and he’s petty cheap) BTW it’s Lucky Stash indica (5 grams for $19.64 taxes in) and it’s always 26% - 32%! We need higher percentages as we have a really high tolerance lol)

This is maybe the fifth time I've edited this review but it's only to improve my rating and to acknowledge that there have been positive changes.
Past grievances were a toxic staff member that would open product and help himself, always running a little scam, always trying to short change you... but thankfully that staff member does not appear to work there anymore.
I've also complained in the past about improperly storing cigars but that seems to have improved as well.
I'm happy they've made positive improvements to the staff and to the way they handle product. I've been going back for the last several weeks and I've not had any of the previous issues.
I have to give credit, they consistently take my feedback and make improvements upon it.
